By visiting or using acn-philippines.org, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Our Mission & Purpose
ACN Philippines is a Pontifical Foundation of the Catholic Church. This Site supports Christians facing persecution, hardship, or crisis across the globe through prayer, pastoral care, and concrete aid in over 145 countries.
3. Permitted Use
You may use this Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape content, send spam, impersonate ACN staff, gain unauthorized access to systems, or use the Site to promote content contrary to the Catholic faith and ACN’s mission.
4. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login confidential, and take responsibility for activity under your account. ACN Philippines may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Donations
Donations are voluntary, generally non-refundable, and may be tax-deductible under Philippine law. Payment information is processed securely and is not sold to third parties.
6. Virtual Chapel
Mass intentions and prayer submissions must be respectful and appropriate to the sacred nature of the service. ACN Philippines may decline content that is offensive or inconsistent with Catholic teaching. Mass scheduling is subject to priest and partner availability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is owned by ACN Philippines or its content suppliers. You may share or link to content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. Any other use requires written permission.
8. User-Submitted Content
By submitting prayer cards, intentions, or other content, you grant ACN Philippines a non-exclusive license to use and display that content in connection with its mission.
9. Privacy
Your use of this Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. ACN Philippines complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
10. Disclaimers
Content is provided “as is.” ACN Philippines does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the completeness of any content. This Site is not an official magisterial resource of the Church.
11. Limitation of Liability
ACN Philippines is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Total liability shall not exceed your donations in the prior 12 months or ₱1,000, whichever is greater.

Links to external sites (including Facebook) are for convenience only. ACN Philippines does not control or endorse third-party content.
13. Changes to Terms
ACN Philippines may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ACN Philippines also recognizes its obligations as a Pontifical Foundation under Canon Law.
