4.1 Information you provide:
You may provide personal data when you make a donation, submit a prayer or Mass intention, register as a member, log in to your account, communicate with us or subscribe to updates.
The types of personal data we may collect include full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, mailing/billing address, username and password, donation amount, and prayer or Mass intention details.
4.2 Automatically collected information:
When you visit our website, we may collect certain technical data automatically such as IP address, browser type, device, operating system, and website activity.

We use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies to improve our website
and to analyse visitor behaviour.- To fulfil a contract (for example the processing of a donation or membership account).
5. Payment Processing
We engage Xendit, a third‑party payment gateway, for secure processing of donations. All payment data (e.g., card or e‑wallet details) are handled directly by Xendit, which complies with PCI‑DSS and other international standards. ACN Philippines does not collect or store your full payment credentials. We retain only a transaction reference, date, amount and payment status for our records.
6. Use of Your Information
We may use your personal information to process and confirm donations, record and fulfil prayer or Mass intentions, operate and maintain member accounts, send thank‑you messages, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and improve our website and services.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
We only share limited information with:
– Xendit (payment gateway)
– Service providers, website administrators or other third‑party vendors
(under contract and confidentiality)
– Where required by law, regulation or to protect our legal rights
If we transfer data outside the Philippines, we ensure appropriate safeguards.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required by applicable laws or regulations. For example, donation and accounting records may be retained for seven (7) years for compliance purposes. Once the retention period ends, data are securely deleted or anonymized.
